This is about definition.  There is a big TF group that calls that treatment.   A manupliation 
Is something physical, according to Webster’s, a treatment.  If you exercise on your own, 
it’s just exercise.  If you go to Dr prescribed physical therapy, it’s treatment.  
We just need a standard definition orherwise it’s hard to compare.
