Thanks, Charles. I admit that I am at the end of my beekeeping career, down to about 20 hives max, doing it mostly for fun. Randy once referred to me as the beekeeper's librarian, which is OK by me. 

I try to keep bees in a way that anyone could do it, not fussing excessively over every hive, in a cost effective way that stays enjoyable. When it stops being fun, I'll be done with it. 

It's a gamble, and I have never been attracted to gambling for a living. Meanwhile, you can count on me to rustle up the information you need, if it's out there.
