Though, our biggest challenge is getting responses to our questionnaires, since that’s our largest source of data.
I recently received a questionnaire from Cornell regarding small game hunting (Harvest study). Not sure if a request to fill out a questionnaire like this is normal but I won't fill it out simply for lack of clear definition. I have no idea what the results will be used for or how they will be used. They could have simple put a URL in the letter and provided a means to determine the purpose of the study if you wanted to read more. Communication is key, in this day and age when information is twisted to support a belief or political position I'm a little more apt to response when knowing how my responses are going to be used, or at least thing they're going to be used. I even attempted to find out more and found this, it's exactly what the post card says which is nothing.
