While we  (at least Jim and I) don't agree on the lawsuit.  I would really
suggest anyone who gets this to actually READ the entire link above.

It gives a very clear and fairly concise view of what the EPA and chem.
Companies go thru,  just for bees (other test apply as well)

We don't agree on the outcome obviously,  but if your at all intellectually
curious it's a good read as to the "basics" of the process.

Thanks Jim,  for providing that Link,  I had been looking for it but no
luck.
