Mraz had some success in Mexico cleaning up European foulbrood by dividing
up the strong. He didnt do as well with American foulbrood. Roger Morse and
Charlie use to have an on going argument about making a foulbrood resistant
strain of bees. Roger thought foulbrood resistance was not a dominant trait
and could not be reliably passed on . People dont talk so much about
dominant traits anymore maybe thats considered wrong thinking now, probably
someone here could enlighten me on this.
