This morning’s news is that the French Minister of agriculture has informed Syngenta that the authorisation for the use, in France, of the Pesticide “Cruiser” (thiametoxam) will be withdrawn. Syngenta have 15 days to contest the decision. The minister also announced that he will be demanding that the European Commission reconsider their authorisation for its use in Europe.
