Actually I would judge many commercial of the commercial beekeepers I 
know as fundamentally unemployable.

The very characteristics that make one a successful commercial beekeeper 
-- independence, creatively, tenaciousness, insensitivity to pain -- 
tend to be same characteristics that make a person a huge PITA in an 
organisation.
