The FDA recommended discontinuation of OTC sales of ipecac, since bulimics
were using it instead of spoons and feathers.  You can get "6X" ipecac from
homeopathic stores, but that is actually diluted 1:10 six times, or diluted
by 10^6 --- one millionth of the pure syrup.  I found a listing in Canada
