You are not.  What you are posting is of great interest to BEE-L readers 
and one of the reasons this list exists.

Legitimate courses, job postings, and other matters relating to 
researching or training are most welcome.

At some point, though, there is a cutoff between extension, education 
and research; and crass commercialism and/or misinformation and the line 
is fairly obvious to most of us.

Occasionally we get promotional Spam and sometimes we are tempted to let 
one through -- just for a laugh.  We trust our readers can recognize it 
as such when they see it, but we always worry that even here on BEE-L, 
some might fall for it.
