"My neighbor to my rear put up a 6' fence.... Maybe your neighbor will do
the same."

A fence would neither be needed nor do much good, as my house is a good 200
yards up a slope, looking down at them from the backyard. The reason I care
is that these two properties offer a picturesque scene with a couple of
ponds, a barn and silo, and rolling farmland beyond. I think it's only fair
I give them a decent view back up the hill.

Now, about those white rocks ...
