I have been following news in spanish about the build up of a new nontariff
barrier with in Europe for honey trade; the contamination of honey with
transgenic material.
http://apiaraucania.blogspot.com/2011/06/esto-es-grave.html

The first new in brief talks about a given beekeeper from Baviera (Bayern?)
that demanded in court the past 9th of february the State of Bayern because
in one of their properties nearby this beekeeper, Mon810 Maize (Corn?) is
grown. The article warns about the use of this transgenic contamination as a
non tariff barrier.

The second new talks about a total stop of the export from uruguay to
germany because the analisis shows the presence of transgenic pollen.

Any one in the list would have the means to find the court case in Bayern
and report back about the end result if any?
