I know this may seem like an ignorant question, but...

What does GMO pollen do if ingested? Is there data out there to suggest that there something negative that happens when ingested?

I understand not wanting GMO because you do not like GMO because of the growing practices associated with conventional/GMO crops, but what health effect does GMO pollen have on a human being when consumed? So long as its not labeled organic who cares?
