I believe the registration of the MiteAway Quick Strips is still being
held up by EPA review.  This is not "New York" specific, the review
derailed efforts in states that applied for and received special use
permits for the product.  I imagine there was an update at the
National Bee Conference in Galveston last week, but alas I was unable
to attend.
