I always have a problem with this statement. In one sense it is true, I
will work some plants that are different to others. But good beekeeping
is the same the world over.

Young queens, good nutrition, etc. So when I see research at times that
says something like- 'the bees were on sunflowers' or some such I
groan. What result can one expect to see, at least to start with, if
the bees are not on optimal conditions? Or putting thousands of hives
down and expecting them to be OK? There is a limit as to the stress
that can be placed on an organism.
