Thank you Murray.  This is a very inexpensive technique and from scanning
the archives seems to be a good one compared to buying products I'm not
experienced with.

If I take the bag still wet, should I not dry it off some to keep from
drips occurring?  Also, should I use a super to contain this and insulate
the top between the roof and inner cover?
