Subject: First Trial of New List
Ok, if you're reading this, the list is configured and you are subscribed to
the new SCCSC discussion list. Only the Steering Committee is subscribed
for the first few tests of the list, which will be rolled out on the first
of August. It's set up for plain text only at the moment, (we may not be
able to use HTML since this is a donated list, but we'll see) so when you
post your replies, make sure they're in plain text.
Now, here's what I need for you to do. Post a reply to this post, that's
all. Ok, actually, I need two replies. I need one that is "Reply All" so I
can ensure it's sending to the whole list, and the other one "Reply" so I
can ensure it sends privately under that mode.
All we need do is accomplish this set of tests, I'll finish the manual and
make some last-minute adjustments, and the list is ready to roll out. Here
we go folks . . .
