Loretta Moreno called me to say she has a large swarm in her garage, 15
minutes west of Boston.  She called the Mass Beekeepers Assn and left
messages, but got no response.  My son lives about an hour south of
Boston, but that's a long drive, and besides, I don't think he keeps
bees these days.
