Glutamic acidemia one of a group of extremely rare "inborn errors of metabolism" in which the body is lacking some of the enzymes to digest certain amino acids, in this case glutamic acid. A more common example of this type of disease is phenylketonuria (PKU). I would think partial breastfeeding would be okay, though.
