It has recently come to my attention that Danny Kaye of all people appeared
with the New York Philharmonic and other orchestras.  There is a film/video
of his performance called "Live From Lincoln Center - An Evening With Danny
Kaye" but it is unobtainable from any source that I can think of.  Has
anybody seen it.  Does anybody know where I can get a copy?
