Loni, If mom is pumping in a room that is cool (maybe air conditioned) the body temperature breast milk (warmer than the room) being pumped makes condensation in the tubing. If mom leaves the tubing (without the bottles or flanges) attached to the pump when finished pumping and runs the pump for a few minutes, the air from the pump will dry out the tubing. Mold in the tubing is REALLY hard to get out if it starts growing.
