Well, folks. I have another question. Has anyone else tried to use the new directory? I discovered another problem. I got a request for a referral in a state I USED to live in (I have lived in 41). Although the cities/towns, etc (at least in the USA) seem to make sense, there is no ZIP CODE for any of them; thus, after finding no one listed in a particular town, I was at a loss to find a CLOSE or nearby town because no zip codes could be used as a guide--except by going through ALL the names in the entire state and trying to pick and choose, going back and forth, front to back, a real time-waster. Has anyone else had the same problem? It seems to me that the Board should just stop worrying about "protection" and make a roster that WORKS! One where zip codes come with the names if they are going to insist on separating alpha list from the geo one. A city/town name is NOT ENOUGH. Anyone else had the same problem? Other problems? Perhaps after using it, a bunch of us ought to get together and send ALL of our suggestions in at once to the office and Board members to see if it will make any difference. mailto:[log in to unmask] "We are all faced with a series of great opportunities brilliantly disguised as impossible situations."
