I wish to thank every one who replied to my posting on the subject. I would have liked to reply individually to all but I am so overwhelmed with the number of  respondents that I have no choice but to post my article on the above mentioned topic on the Lactnet. I hope those who are not interested will bear with me. I welcome critical and constructive comments on the same so that we can all improve our rational practice without compromising on the objectives of BFHI.
