Cocaine has that effect when applied to the user of the cocaine.  But
the amount that gets into the milk is insignificant.  The same would be
true of this medication.

Some physicians can be very inventive when they try to find ways of
stopping mothers from breastfeeding.  Why can't they be that inventive
in helping them continue.

If I were this mother I wouldn't think of stopping.
