Patricia,
You offered some excellent suggestions about foods that have NO dairy.  It's
obvious you've worked scrupulously with this.  I like your suggestion to have
something on hand that is "junk" so mom doesn't feel deprived.

Please post a list of your favorite non-dairy items.  I have been very guilty
of giving the no-dairy recommendation without giving concrete solutions.  The
fig bars and colored fluffy things for Easter made me hungry!
