I'm interested in finding ways to avoid burnout. I've found that at times I
feel so overwhelmed by the amount of work that needs to be done that my mind
just wants to close down completely. And yet the work we do is so
interesting and usually rewarding. I find I use a lot of emotional energy as
well as physical and mental energy.
