I've had quite a few moms that experience the breast filling with milk as pain. I don't think it is a letdown, it's the gradual filling w/milk. Just a thought beyond what we usually suspect. One of the things going on is that the mom is experiencing pain inside her breasts after breastfeeding or pumping. We think she has Raynaud's. Could the breast pain be related to that?
