Jane Morton has some nice teaching scripts for babies at risk (including
cesarean-born) at http://newborns.stanford.edu/Breastfeeding/PMGs.html

There are lots of helpful videos (including hand expression) and good info
there so if you haven't visited the site before, be sure to noodle around.

I know the sound of "scripts" sounds SO restrictive. But we use them for
other things here - for example, before we leave a room we say, "Do you need
anything else? I have time." It makes me stop and take a deep breath and
remember that it's true! And once you get used to the script you can get
creative with the rest of the teaching.
