Dear All,

The art work is cute. I am with for a small newletter committee of lets say
eight max. But I suggest we are flexible with it. It is about work and also
learning. We can do a lot at the cordinating committee level and pass on the
the whole coalition for comments. This will help decision making. The name
monitor is something we are used to and so I propose we retain it.

These are my thoughts for now.
