Never.  :)

One other data point for you is colonies come into Maine with starvation
losses.

My guess is that starvation losses are much greater in the commercial
pollinator world than with stationary beekeepers, commercial or hobby. Often
the pollinated crop does not yield the amount of nectar anticipated or
experienced previously. With blueberries you can leave lighter than when you
went in.

So that will also skew the data point since the ones most likely to report
are commercial operations, especially pollinators, if my assumption is
correct.
