Rather then finding out exactly how many leaves or how much of teas of which strength to drink I'd teach moms on how to feed with proper techniques and adequate frequency. Breastfeeding is like biking to your work: no matter how much thingies on your bike, if you don't push the pedals you won't get there.

Warmly,

I have Filipino patients interested in using malungay (“Malunggay” in the
Philippines, “Sajina” in the Indian Subcontinent, “Moringa" etc) as
galactagogue --but they want to use the fresh leaves available locally
rather than buy pills. Online I can find lots of advertised products for
capsules, and my patients know lots of food recipes (which sound
great!)-- but I haven't found any recommendations on how much one needs to
eat to increase milk production.
Any Filipinos (or others) out there who know?
Thanks,
