I would remove the drain and resume nursing on the affected side. As Cathy said, the leaking will likely decrease once baby is removing milk again...but probably will not stop for a while. The wound needs to heal from the inside out, and the milk will keep it bathed in protective elements. Where is this mom? Michigan?
