No, I was speaking of the uvula in the back of the throat (Taber's) a small soft structure hanging from the free edge of the soft palate in midline above the root of the tongue.

The vulva  is part of the female genitalia,subject to ritual circumcision in some cultures.  Pat  in SNJ
