Interesting article on truth in adversting of "healthy" foods (junk foods with fancy labels). One person made this reference in response to the harsh criticism of food ratings:


"She( A. Elizabeth Sloan)  added, “Nothing is healthy if you get right down to it, except mother’s milk, and that’s probably got too much fat.”"


I thought the reference was interesting, and obviously sarcastic, but illustrates the ol' "breast is best,....but ideal and not realistic" mentality. Even among food critics,
