I'd suggest you get a hold of ABA's Relactation and Adoptive BF booklet
(from LLL or ABA) and you may also find the article I wrote at

It would also be wonderful if you would consider being a part of my study of
older adoptive breastfeeding (I can send you info if you think you might be
interested).
