There is a person on this forum who has designed excellent CD Catalogue
software at a reasonable price.  Unfortunately, I cannot remember his
name...  and I am not near my home computer where I use it.

There are large numbers of CD Catlogue software available...  which you
can find with a Google search...  Among them are Music Collector, CD
Storage Master 5, OrangeCD Catalog, CSStorager, Classic Collector...
and many others.
