I've recently joined this wonderful resource service. I have been an IBCLC since 1996 and work as a Labor/Delivery Nurse in a small regional hospital in rural British Columbia. Although I have limited contact with any peers, I have managed to attend conferences, in particular, Evergreen Medical Center, Washington and the ILCA Conference of 2002 in Florida. Isolation is one of my greatest professional challenges and I hope to gain increased "contact" with others through this service. I am really keen to arrange a visit to a clinical setting where I can observe an established Lactation Service; look at documentation forms, policies, outpatient process, etc... I'd appreciate any suggestions that you have to offer me. Regards, Pam Moro RN IBCLC *********************************************** To temporarily stop your subscription: set lactnet nomail To start it again: set lactnet mail (or digest) To unsubscribe: unsubscribe lactnet All commands go to [log in to unmask] The LACTNET mailing list is powered by L-Soft's renowned LISTSERV(R) list management software together with L-Soft's LSMTP(TM) mailer for lightning fast mail delivery.
