Hardly; I'd imagine that 104 is one of the most commonly recorded symphonies. I haven't heard Solti in this repertoire, nor can I say I'm particularly keen too. There is an excellent set by Jochum and the LPO on DG of the 12 London symphonies. But, as I said before, nothing IMHO matches the 99-104 of Mogens Woldike on Vanguard. Deryk Barker [log in to unmask]
