Dear Colleagues Looking for phone triage tool. Specifically for calls coming in as opposed to calls that the practitioner initiates. Are there standard tools that are used in other settings i.e. a pediatrician practice that can be used in a service that handles calls from families that have breastfeeding problems ? Which call would carry a greater liability the one that the practitioner initiates(" how are things going?") or the one in which practitioners address the questions , concerns or problems that are called in to the practitioner? Thanks for anything that you might offer.
