The fact that there doesn't seem to be information about this drug anywhere means that it is brand new (It is also not in the Compendium of Pharmaceutical Specialities--Canadian version of the CPS). If it is a non steroidal antiinflammatory drug, it is probably not better or superior to any other of the dozens of those around, including motrin. Why use the hottest newest drug which is likely to be more expensive (the patent likely not to have run out)? She should ask the doctor why this drug? If the doctor cannot provide a good answer, and especially cannot say if it is safe during breastfeeding, he should simply prescribe something else.
