If you segregate your extracating frames from those in which brood
has been raised, as I do, then there is no advantage in having all
your frames the same size.  There is a tiny advantage in using deeps
for brood:  The honey arch is about the same width in deeps as in
mediums so two deeps will have more brood raising area than three
mediums.  Obviously, the beekeeper will provide enough brood raising
area regardless of the depth of the frames.   Dan
