I have a mom who is asking about changing the amount of Lipase in her milk.
Please e-mail me with your experiences in dealing with mom's with high
lipase (rapid spoilage of milk unless brought to near boiling and cooled).
I am unaware of any way to change this.
She has given me permission to post and I will ask your permission to share
your responses with her.
