saw your question and thought I would chime in.  The rash and that goes along
with it will do NOTHING to the baby, the only reason to wean is to take high
doses of meds to combat  the itching etc for mom.  I recently had a mom with
horrible case, she stuck it out, taking small amts of meds, fighting low milk
production etc for 1 month then finally threw in the towel and took much
stronger meds.  Her pupps self resolved at around week 7-8, which is a little
long. Most moms are sx free by 6 weeks.  Hope this helps!\
