Maybe this isn't as bad as it sounds.  Instead of "don't feel guilty if you
*don't want to* bf", now it's "don't feel guilty if you *can't*".  As in,
"of course you wanted to" (because it's the preferred thing to do).  And
"doing fine and maybe later doing even better" is an acknowledgement that in
this case "fine" includes avoidable deficits.
