I don't think music is the right milieu in this case, although you will get tongue-in-cheek suggestions, but I can recommend reading three books which I used in graduate school to combat insomnia: Burton's Anatomy of Melancholy, Pepys' Life of Johnson, and any edition of the Larousse Gastronomique. There are other good candidates as well, for instance, Tristram Shandy. I guarantee that one of the three above volumes will work. Jim Hunsley
