I got the new book The Nursing Mothers Problem Solver in the mail which is Q&A format. I mostly liked it. I did not read it cover to cover and it is not meant to be read that way either. I especially like the answers to questions about medications and alcohol, sexuality, not getting enough sleep. I did not find some answers to be complete enough for me (I tend to be very picky and critical - in a constructive way though :). I don't have the book in front of me, but, for example I beleive there was a question about nursing strike for several days and no mention of expressing milk during the strike. Also there were several questions with answers about knowing the baby is getting enough which cited only wet diapers as the indicator and not poopy diapers. I would love to see this changed in next edition. Overall so far I mostly like the book. Very busy week and alot of catching up on lactnet. Sorry for several posts from me.
