Thank you, thank you, thank you, Barbara!

I'm so sick of hearing this recommendation without ever seeing a shred of
evidence on this. I did a search on MedLine awhile ago, and couldn't find
any study on it.

While are some anecdotal reports and recommendations out there, there's no
solid evidence that I'm aware of. I would be happy if someone tells me I'm
wrong on this, since I like to find any excuse to encourage people to eat
good food!
