Thank you, thank you, thank you, Barbara! I'm so sick of hearing this recommendation without ever seeing a shred of evidence on this. I did a search on MedLine awhile ago, and couldn't find any study on it. While are some anecdotal reports and recommendations out there, there's no solid evidence that I'm aware of.
