Graham Crackers
A popular cracker touted as a health food in the 1830ıs
by itıs creator, Rev. Sylvester Graham, a US dietary reformer.
Itıs a rectangular-shaped, whole week cracker that has been
sweetened, usually with honey.
Along with being eaten as a cracker, they are often broken
up and the crumbs pressed into a pie pan to make a crust for
pies. Almost every kid in the US has had them in something
called a ³Sımore² which is made by placing a piece of chocolate
and a marshmallow that has been cooked over a camp fire
between two graham crackers.
Now if you donıt know what a marshmallow is youıve
missed one of the great experiences of childhood!
