Just a small tid-bit related to the open source thread...

I believe it was last month's issue of Scientific American (or was it the
month before?) that had at tidbit about a dialogue on Scientific Open-ness.

Apparently our government sponsored some meeting on Scientific Open-ness
and the sharing of scientific knowledge on an international basis.  Sadly &
Ironically, the government has classified the resulting report!

Talk about oxymorons.
