ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

The experiment that I participated in did not require participants to test
their own hands. We were given cultures in test tubes (I'm searching the
far reaches of my rememberance here) and maybe we used a blacklight or
something on them after treatment to determine if bacteria were still
present.

I will definitely include some of the thoughts y'all have shared regarding
germs and the methods by which we try to prevent the spread of harmful ones
in our facilitators guide. Mostly, I think that visitors would be
interested to learn the effectiveness of some of the products they use and I
also want to include something on the nature of creating antibacterial
resistance.

Thanks again,
Eric
