Agreed, Ray, the *pressings* were often nasty, but the *recordings* on the
whole were terrific. Another which sounds great on CD - and did on LP - is
Stokowski's Hamlet and Francesca da Rimini coupled with Scriabin's Poem of
Ecstasy. There are a few tinkerings with the score but it's fine for a
really good wallow.
